This young Hmong woman was in a traditional Hmong celebration dress, taking pictures with her friend in a flower garden yesterday. I wanted to make images in a voyeuristic style using the flowers in the foreground like a blurring filter. Aside from the first capture, my intent was to create mystery and tension by not showing her face. I did add some blur in post because I didn't want as much sharpness as I had in the image.

It was difficult for me to be stealth while looking for the right combination of flowers in the foreground and still not be directing the scene. lol I felt I had some minor success.

There was a moment when the young woman placed her umbrella down as she moved to a different position along the wall. I chose that time for this mysterious capture. I did add some blue in post as I did not like the sharpness in the shot.
