I was able to get a 360° view of the model of 1 Sulaman on the 3rd floor of 1 Borneo Hypermall. This was another interesting angle of the development. The Platinum Tower is on the left, and the tall Gold Tower is on the right. In reality, I would be facing the south, from this angle. The Sulaman Highway is on the left side. The Gold Tower would be mostly obstructed in view if viewed from the highway.

Finally, after a few years of knowing that a model for the development of 1 Sulaman exists, I've found it on the third floor of 1 Borneo Hypermall, just outside FOS. The model is a bit damaged, due to itchy hands of some shoppers there. From this model, I got to know very much better how 1 Sulaman will look like once it is completed. This side is the front, which is facing the Sulaman Highway. The centre part is currently under construction, while the right section in this photo is the part facing Sepangar (in reality). In my opinion, if Sagajuta decided to use the reflective roofings for 1 Sulaman, it would be one attention seeking condominium tower! If viewed from above, Platinum Tower would look like a 'C'. The complex below it is called the shoplexes.

One from the archives. Took this last summer from up top of the 14265 foot Mt. Evans in Colorado.

One of my favorite parts of my sunset trips up there is seeing the HUGE shadow it casts when the sun goes down. This thing starts up near Idaho Springs, and goes all the way out past DIA to the local horizon. Pretty sure it is a 100 mile long shadow. Pretty freaking cool!

....horse. It really scared the sh*t out of me. It stood there when I passed by with the car, so I backed up, parked and then.... it came walking towards me, looking what was happening.

I didn't even dare opening my car window, so I quickly made some pictures through the glass and made it out of there ;)

You might think this horse has small ears.... well.... it hasn't. The ears were actually the only things on it that were of normal size. This horse is simply HUGE.

Impressive and, as far as horses go, beautiful too.

This is a pretty new and modern building built for the commune of Bergen a few years ago.

This made me think of corporations and control. What do you think of when you see this picture?

This thing is just huge. Enjoyed photographing this from several different angles. At first I wasn't sure about the surrounding "clutter" from this angle, but now I really like it.

Bottom right in the shot you can see the sky bridge connecting the tower to it's dedicated parking facility, which in turn is linked by another bridge to the Galleria. If you have never been to a Galleria it's an experience and even guys should go at least once (just not Saturdays).

Not sure what the deceptive building is to the top left (deceptive because it appears taller than it actually is based on proximity and angle).

Another fun fact, this sucker is the 4th tallest building in Texas.
