When I saw this scene, I was sitting alone waiting for my wife to pick me up - there were so many other people sitting at their table by themselves - it got me thinking of the potential energy that existed - just waiting for the spark that would ignite a discussion - I kept my mouth shut and preserved my potential conversation energy for another day! |

Ahh Spring is in the air ;) lol I couldn't resist taking a photo of this pair of Mourning Doves. I could hear them cooing for ages......Don't they make a cute couple?
"Courtship begins with a noisy flight by the male, followed by a graceful, circular glide with outstretched wings and head down. After landing, the male will approach the female with a puffed out breast, bobbing head, and loud calls. Mated pairs will often preen each other's feathers."

Pair of Purple Veined Orchids, Atlanta Botanical Garden, Atlanta, GA
Here is another great image of the beautiful orchids at the botanical garden. The pruple veins really add interest to the flower petals. I love the huge round bokeh of the background greens and whites.
