and remain unhealthy and continue to gain weight

I find this quote to quite amazing. Im feeling very accomplished and content right now with myself. These last couple of months have been a big change. But a good change in that. I guess it starts with being happy with yourself, and learning to trust yourself. People make mistakes its what makes us human, its also how we learn.
