This is something I have been dieing to see ever since I saw it in Brent's Photostream.
After a serious personal ordeal, I decided to take the 5 hour road trip to see the Head of the Sugar Flat Road Monster. It was an amazing site and connected to antique store, with a remarkable collection of taxidermy in its own right.
Supposedly this head was harvested by a pair of local teenagers that accidentally ran over it. The full story can be found here

Mechanical robot controlled by synthetic biological brain.
The brain is created using stem cell neural culture technique, it takes 3 weeks to fully develop in specialized incubator jars filled with a glucose, CO2 and calf serum mix. Once mounted on the mechanical robot, the synapses attach to the robotic circuitry using electro-mucous stimulation. The combo can run on 4 AA batteries for 3 days. The brain has high risk getting infected by brain-cell eating bacteria and rotting badly. In certain cases, it might develop a psychological disorder making it spin in bizarre patterns or seek dark areas and sob for hours (manifested by flashing its LEDs and beeping slowly every 30 mins).
We're working on a synthetic skull and protector helmet, which will allow the brain to live around 4-6 years depending on ambient temperature and care.
The mechanical robot can receive replacement brains. The kit costs $149.95, it'll be available for sale on amazon and ebay. |

For an art project, me and my friend Eliana carried all over Tel Aviv this chair. This chair is Eliana's great greandmother's. We asked random people in the street to sit, relax and be themselves. The project is about culture differences, and having a moment of peace. We hang linked 250 pictures on the wall, in different sizes, and put the chair beneath all the pictures. The viewer needed to understand and realize that the one thing that repeat in all the pictures is this chair. The exhibition was a great success, and the school wants to buy the project from us. The project is not about the photos, it's about the people. | Liberoliber posted a photo:
