Cabinet card, unmarked. Normally you see this type of photo only with the two persons, one at each end of the photo. This effect is accomplished using a duplicator. Basically half of the lens or film is masked out. The first exposure is taken. The two subjects then switch positions and move to the other end of the barrel. The duplicator is moved to the other half, exposure made, and then you have this interesting result. This technique is discussed in "Photographic AMusements" by Frapie and Woodbury published in 1896 by Scovill and Adams. If you look in the middle of the photograph, you can almost see the overlapped area (darker).
This snapshot follows the standard theme of "Someone's in the outhouse, let's lock them in and ....," the possibilities are many. Note the figure in the center who has his ear to the outhouse wall and is no doubt hearing a variety of colorful expletives. Date, location and photographer unknown. Found in Ohio.

The author is the boy in the video, Cristiano Luchini. The video is a parody of the famous mockumentary "The Blair Witch Project".
