Is it acceptable to wear a tank top or spaghetti strap shirt without a bra? I know that the same rules don't apply to busty girls like me as they do for girls with small breasts. Whenever I go without a bra, I get so many people staring at me and some women give me the look of death like I have committed a crime. I see girls with A,B,C and some times even D cups size breasts wearing tank tops without a bra and know body has a problem with it, but if a busty girl does the same thing it's a crime. I never know if I should go without a bra when wearing my tank top or wear a bra and have the straps showing, which looks so tacky. Are there any other busty females that go without wearing a bra with their tank tops and if so, do you feel awkward about it? Please give me your opinion and tell me what you would do.

Honkers (Canada Geese) flying by late yesterday afternoon.

These are resident (nonmigratory) geese, something of a recent phenomenon in the Mid-Atlantic states. Honkers were hunted almost to extinction by 1900, but populations recovered considerably after the Migratory Bird Act became law in 1935. There were no resident Canada Geese in Pennsylvania that year.

During the 1930s and 1940s, small populations of geese stopped migrating as predator populations declined. Those populations burgeoned after corn and wheat agriculture displaced vegetable farming in the 1950s leading to an abundant supply of winter food from stubble fields.

Pennsylvania now has a substantial population (perhaps 250,000) of resident geese, leading to much ill-tempered squawking and pecking among state farm and conservation officials who are concerned about crop damage, aircraft collisions, algal blooms and the dreaded icky goose poop (Ewwwwww!) in urban parks.

In fact, Honkers do very little damage to native flora and fauna, being just one more native species that has learned to profit from large-scale agriculture. We tear up habitat to grow corn. They eat a fraction of the corn. It seems fair to me.

Worse things could happen (and have happened) to Pennsylvania than that it play host to a quarter-million corn-fed geese. I like having them around.

It has been warm here, 25 degrees F (14 C) above normal. It's pleasing to humans, but disappointing to Pyrs and geese. Today it was 61 F (16C).

Another year at my gym....I got my 2012 gym membership card today and my personal trainer starts me on a exercise program in one week. Oh the pain, the burn and the sore muscles. I have one week to prepare myself. Wish me luck.

For most newly breastfeeding mothers, the main problems are sore nipples and engorged breasts. Engorged breasts feel heavy, hard and may be painful to the touch. These breasts feel like they are about to explode like a balloon! Don?t despair; as your baby and you get used to breastfeeding, your body will adjust its milk supply to the needs of your baby. Breastfeeding works on Adam Smith?s principle of supply and demand. But if you?re right in the middle of it, all you?ll want to know is how to feel more comfortable.

Engorged breasts are a sign that you have an abundance of breast milk, which is certainly positive news! The most effective way to gain relief is to nurse your baby. Make sure that you offer both sides during the same feeding. Whenever your breasts feel heavy, offer them to your baby for a feeding. Unlike infant formula, there is no need at all to watch the clock when you are breastfeeding a newborn, or to introduce a schedule. Breastfeeding on demand is especially important in the first six months, if you are exclusively breastfeeding.

Another way to make your breasts feel better is to gently massage them after a feeding, or while you are in the shower. Sometimes, you may want to express a little milk even after a feeding ? although remember that principle of supply and demand. It means that the more milk you expel, the more your body will make. The tip that is sometimes giving, pumping to relieve engorgement, may prove to be counterproductive in the long run.

Some women like placing a leaf of cabbage in their bra or putting a frozen breast pad on their sore breasts. This makes your breasts feel more comfortable, but it does not address the amount of milk you make. Generally, your breast milk supply will be in line with the amount of milk your baby needs after a few weeks. If you continue to have issues, you may like to talk to a lactation consultant.

I know most of my photos show a lot of cleavage & breasts, but let me assure you that is not done intentionally. The problem is that I am a size medium everywhere but my chest. I stand 5'6" and I wear size 9-10 jeans, size medium panties/briefs sometimes large, 30 inch waist, 42-43 inch hips and 30 - 31 inch ribcage. The only way I could cover up my chest entirely would be to buy size 12 or 14 T-shirts and that would mean I would have to start shopping at Plus size stores like Penningtons and Ashley Stewart and that?s not gonna happen.

This shot goes out to my grandmother who turned 91 on the day I took this photograph.

An unbelievably colorful and long-lasting sunset prompted a spontaneous shoot on the way to a birthday bash! The geese were in full-swing, and seemed to be basking in the color of the evening. After pulling off the road in a random spot, my composition choices were meager, so I chose a series of long-focal-length shots at relatively quick exposures to keep some sharpness in the flying geese.

The clouds have been sparse this season, so I was particularly excited to see these remain in the sky for the sunset. The color lasted at least 25 minutes!

I have breast fed for 5 months as of December, and although my breast are much bigger & softer they still look good on my frame. I use to wear la Vie en Rose push up bras, but I don't come close to fitting bras from la Vie en Rose anymore. My breasts are heavy now, so I need a lot of support. My breasts have grown from a 36-E cup a year ago to a 36-GG cup 8 months ago and now I wear a 36-HH cup nursing bra while I am breastfeeding my baby.

The great thing about bikinis tops are they don?t have to fit perfect & the great thing about guys are they don?t care if they fit. Most men would prefer that a bikini top on a busty girl fits small. I went for a walk with my hubby downtown a while back and then we went to the park. I could not believe the number of people (guys and girls) that were staring at my breasts. I am a medium build girl 5' 6" tall & 135-145 lbs, with large breasts. My breasts are EXTREMELY bouncy when I walk or move around. I have never seen a girl, fat, slim, medium build, young or older that have breasts that jiggle as much as mine. I have seen lots of girls with fake breasts, but those are so obvious. Fake boobs don't jiggle at all. That?s the biggest giveaway!

I try to walk gracefully which should minimize bounce, but I am a fast walker due to the fact that my husband is so tall. I am very self-conscious walking around downtown where I live & work, especially when I am alone. I walk to & from work daily. Now that summer is over, I feel better that coat season is here. I do wear supportive/tight bras, but as you can see this shirt is loose and my breasts are so large that you can very easily see the contours of my breasts. I have tried adjusting my posture as well, but nothing works. So a message to all you guys. You can look, but don't stare to the point it makes girls like me feel uncomfortable. Thanks

'Try new things'. So, there I was chasing birds in flight. Not easy I tell you. I guess the irony is yesterday I was shooting lawn birds. Grin. B&W came on a whim, and stayed. Overall, fairly pleased for my first effort. Feedback is always welcome.
