I shot this back in the 80s because it just kind of touched my soul. I still love it. It is one of my personal favorites. Until a few months ago, I had numerous blogs on another site. The site closed its journal features and its photo gallery. Consequently, I had a lot of material with no place to go. It was at that point in time when I became a member of Flickr, a move I wish I had made earlier. But hindsight is worthless. Nevertheless, I have my photos, my art and many of my essays located here on my Photostream. If you feel you might have read an essay posted here at an earlier time, the possibility is that you have, indeed, read it before. Such is the case of the Essay below. It was posted in another journal, one that was closed. But I have been able to salvage it and thus, for what it is worth, I have reposted it here, on my Photostream.
