YR09 FCC (No handbrake)

The driver of this car chose to dazzle the following driver by keeping their foot on the brake pedal and not engaging the handbrake whilst stopped at a red traffic light. It is an offence to use the lights of a vehicle in such a way that causes discomfort to or dazzles other road users.

X252 EEX (inconsiderate parking)

This section of road has long been blighted by inconsiderate parking by visitors to the church which is situated through the gateway on the left of the picture.

I have flagged this issue to the council on two separate occasions, and I have also written to the vicar of said church, imploring him to ask his "guests" to park in the large (usually almost empty) FREE car park that is situated adjacent to the church, to the left of my position when taking the above image. Utilising the car park would leave the church-goers with a walk of no more than 100 metres from their cars to the church door.

To the right of this piece of road is the church hall, which is passed by a very narrow pavement. The pavement is further obstructed by 4 or 5 buttresses which stick out from the church hall wall, forcing pedestrians to have to step onto the road, or to have to cross to the other side... risking being hit by oncoming traffic, the drivers of which may not have seen them due to the buttresses and/or the cars parked alongside the church.

Immediately at the far side of the church hall is a concealed junction into a residential street, which sees it's fair share of vehicles attempting to exit the junction, usually turning left towards the main road (50 metres behind me), and with the view to the left partially obstructed by the aforementioned buttresses. Due to the cars being parked alongside the church, traffic turning left out of this junction then meets oncoming traffic coming head-on on the "wrong" side of the road... occasionally with the added hazard of pedestrians skipping round the buttresses while the head-to-head vehicles take evasive action! The pedestrians virtually take their lives in their hands every time the walk to the parade of shops on the main road, behind my position above.

In spite of the obvious hazards, the adjacent free car park, and the fact that I have written to the vicar pointing out the difficulties caused by this parking, these church-goers continue to park here almost every day of every week with no consideration to the safety of others.

I don't know if there have been any injurious accidents to date, but I am sure that if and when there is one, the selfish, ignorant, lazy drivers will simply turn the other cheek.

Note: I am aware that there are no yellow lines or other marked parking restrictions, so, as such the drivers parking here could argue that they are not committing an offence. However, one can still commit an offence of causing an obstruction or driving without due consideration of other road users (including cyclists or pedestrians) by parking in a position which creates a danger to others, such as that seen in this image.

A perfect demonstration of the problems caused by inconsiderate, lazy drivers parking here can be seen here.

Ego Blueprint

This blueprint was derived from studying the characters in the bible known as Satan, Serpent, Devils and Dragon. Also including the Whore of Babylon. These metaphors appear to be the issues in the human psyche more modern folks call the human ego. These are activated in the human psyche when the human has an issue with mismanagement of relationship to others.
