This is now HDR version of my previous image. Added some night clouds to make it more dramatic.
With my eyes closed, I just wish you like what I did here.
Now, HDR haters, tell me now how can I stop producing HDRs.

I need some money. Who doesn't?
Okay. I am planning to produce my first book on how I do my stuff. Will you buy it if ever I got it available online? And send me an email on how much do you think I can price my tutorial(s).
Thanks again. | ? Soul Q6r? posted a photo:

I loved the reflection of the building in the water... but just take a look at that little duck swimming peacefully... |

Did not use noise reduction. This is a 10-second long exposure shutter priority shot. Single shot and did not use HDR. Just played with levels, contrast, color balancing in Photoshop CS4.
I was making this a cold night image with the blue tone. But since I am a sucker for gold, brownish color, if you've noticed my stream by now & my buddy icon, I settled for this golden color tone.
No digital blending was made. I shot this at different exposures with a tripod, of course. 30 secs, 15, 10, 5, etc. This is the best. Love the 30 secs but there were some movements in the boats that made them blurry.
The white small spots are not noise. They are stars.
Shot just before the change of year.
Temperature was 41 degrees Fahrenheit. But it felt like 30F while facing the Pacific Ocean. That's cold for Californians, you know. LOL

Meet Ray, my grandfather. Bib Overalls ? Washington DEE CEE by Washington Mfg. Co. Made in U.S.A. Sanforized (see footnote). Hat ? Pay*Day. Jacket ? Unsure. Cigarette ? rolled. Photo taken in 1970 in front of his house in Indiana. Photo submitted to Sony A200 group in tribute to the Minolta 101. The Sony Corp. now provides customer service for Minolta/Konica camera owners. Lenses are interchangeable between makes.
Footnote on Sanforization - This was a process of cotton treatment invented by Sanford Cluett in 1933. It is a method of stretching the woven cloth in both length and width, to reduce the shrinkage which would otherwise occur after washing. Clothing manufacturers who used in their labeling the word ?Sanforized? required a license and had to meet strenuous testing guidelines. More than 100 manufactures used the label.
Camera: Minolta 101 35mm film, lens 50mm f1.4 lens, Tri-X b&w.
