It snowed less than an inch yesterday. Last year at this time we had a heavy snow. This was only the third snowfall so far this year, none of them amounting to much.
Looks like a mini dragon. As they scout for prey or enemies related to the neck almost sinuous as a snake.
It belong to the family Raphidiidae.
I am not sure this is a Inocellia crassicornis. It can be a Raphida notata.
