What is the Project 365?

The Project 365 is my photography diary.
I think some photographs did something like this before.
And so do I now. I really look forward to 2012 and on this personal project!

Apparently the youngster felt comfortable enough in the waterhole to concentrate not only on water intake, but also play around a bit.

I used my wife's camera (a Nikon D90), ultra-poor light conditions like this are far beyond the reach of my good old D2X body... A carbon tripod + wimberley head ensured a steady shot at just-on-the-right-side-of-impossible conditions: manually focussing a 2.8/300mm, wide-open @ ISO 4000.

This short video wouldn't have been impossible without the floodlight near the waterhole, the sturdy support, a modern high-ISO camera sensor AND patience, lots of patience!

NIGHT LIGHT: I, OFTEN WONDER HOW LONG WILL THIS THEATRE LAST.....The Wayne, located on the Main Line, was named for the Revolutionary War general, Anthony Wayne. The stylish Art Deco designed building was build in 1928 and over the years has undergone several renovation. The structure is on US 30 that is part of the Lincoln Highway.
