my cousin Aruni Larasati is a none (read as non-a), one of the ambassadors for Jakarta. She happened to be met this "ondel-ondel" with the same uniform.

ondel-ondel : jakartanese traditional giant costume, made out of paper and glue and dressed as a girl (in creepy way..lol).
