Tonight the new branch of d.b.a. has its soft opening in Williamsburg, on North 7th Street. I just about lived in the East Village d.b.a. for a long run of years, and it's good to see a lot of friends come out to christen the new joint.

Annette is down at the end of the bar, roughly where she'd be in the New York joint - I'm pretty close to my usual seat, too.
