Angekommen im Augenblick.
Plötzliches Staunen. Kindliche Neugier. Fokussiertes Bewusstsein auf den Augenblick selbst, nicht auf einen Inhalt (Objekt, z. B. Traumgestalt) des Augenblicks. Das ist Hier und Jetzt. Meditierende kennen es. Laien ebenso wie Mönche. Spaziergänger an einem See, Bergsteiger, Sportler, Dichter, Künstler? Aktion gepaart mit einem Bewusstsein was anders ist als das, was ich Alltagsbewusstsein nenne. Der Abenteurer, der Weltenreisende und auch der Krieger erlebt es. Eine Gebärende macht die Erfahrung manchmal auch und selbst ein Redner der sich inspiriert fühlt erfährt etwas von der Öffnung, von dem besonderen Seinszustand, den Mystiker aller Zeiten immer wieder als den ?Augenblick? bezeichnen. Was vielen Menschen immer einmal wieder passiert, das wofür sie keine Worte und nur ein staunendes Gesicht haben, einen offenen Geist. Übende, die lange Jahre ihres Lebens damit verbracht haben, diesen Zustand durch gewisse Techniken zu erreichen, haben viele Worte für diese geistige Verfassung entwickelt und hinterlassen. Wenn die Seele im glücklichen Zustand weilt, nennen Mystiker diesen Glückseligkeit. Das Wort ist uns überliefert und wir verbinden es mit einem positiven Gefühl, doch was das eigentlich ist, können die meisten nicht nachvollziehen, weil sie unsicher sind, ob sie dieses Gefühl in seiner ganzen tiefe schon erfahren haben oder noch nicht. Die Unsicherheit bestätigt sich selbst. Wer Augenblicke der Glückseligkeit erlebt und sich dessen bewusst wurde (was automatisch mit der Erfahrung einhergeht) kennt für sich selbst keine Zweifel und kann gerade darum andere Meinungen gelten lassen. Die authentische Erfahrung von Glückseligkeit tilgt alle Zweifel. Lässt die Glückseligkeit allerdings nach, tauchen die Zweifel auch wieder auf. Man könnte sagen, das Ego- oder Alltagsbewusstsein restauriert sich. Und das ist gut so. Ein gut funktionierendes Ego ist alltagstauglich und der Mensch braucht keine Betreuung. Wer seinen Alltag nicht allein bewältigen kann ist nicht vollständig. Es gibt Krankheiten und psychische Entwicklungsphasen im Leben, in denen man auf Hilfe angewiesen ist, doch geht damit stets ein abhängiges Verhalten einher. Sozial gesehen ist das richtig, aus der Perspektive des Bewusstseins ist jede Form von Unfreiheit jedoch der Auslöser von Unzufriedenheit, Frustration bis hin zur Wut. Diese Energien werden im Buddhismus auch als Störgefühle bezeichnet und genau das sind sie in Bezug auf ?Glückseligkeit?.
Glückseligkeit ist kein Rauschzustand. Er ist eine emotionale Steigerung des Gefühls von innerem Frieden und pendelt sich gewöhnlich auf ein angenehmes ?Mittelmaß? ein, was einer Mischung aus Ego-Bewusstsein und Selbst-Bewusstsein entspricht. Dieses ist keine Entrückung aus dem Alltag, es ist eine Rückkehr in den Alltag und seine Bereicherung durch die gewonnenen Erfahrungen, die einen bewussten Umgang mit verschiedenen Bewusstseinszuständen ermöglichen. Dieser bewusste Umgang erlaubt ein hohes Maß an Offenheit. Offenheit ist die Grundlage dafür, in den Augenblick zu kommen und in ihm zu bleiben.

For my upcoming project. Wish my DOF could have been more - but armed with just an SAF torchlight, nothing much I can do.
The inspiration behind this was to find something symbolic of truth - in this case the lips, being the medium by which truth (or lies) are disseminated.
I wanted something striking and different - Truth as an intangible is immensely hard to capture in a photo, but I hope this photo is reminiscent of the concept of truth.
Post-processing was done to tone down the saturation, but my brothers lips are naturally pink in the middle. I didn't photoshop the colour in. |
