Couldn't resist posting another shot of these wonderful clematis seeds (thanks Kitty and Kimmau for figuring out what they were for me!) that I found on my way in to work. This time a black and white crop to try and bring out the intense graphic nature of the seed heads.
Contrary to popular view, the white horses of the Camargue, near Marseille in France, are not wild. Their main function is for tourists to ride them through the unusual Camargue countryside. Interestingly, their foals are brown until they are 3 years old.
The wide-angle shot gives the impression of the horse being proud and having a lot of strength.
