On March 18, at about 6:30pm, Las Vegas Valley was engulfed by a giant dust storm with wind gusts of over 40 mph and the clouds darkened the sky. This was the scene in front of the Venetian Hotel during that period.
This photo was taken at night, the whole place is lit like its dusk all the time. It is really very realistic but feels weird because you know its night and your indside but you feel like its outside.
